A 65 year old male came to OPD with the chief complaint of fever since 10 days. Cough with sputum since 1 week. Burning micturition since 3 days. Decreased appetite since 10 days. A 70 year old female came to OPD with the chief complaint of fever, vomitings and body pains since 2 weeks. Patient was apparantly asymptomatic 2 weeks back and she reffered to a local clinic and a week back was shifted to our hospital.  CHIEF COMPLAINT  A 42 year old female came with chief complaint of severe joint pains since 4 months  HISTORY Of PAST ILLNESS  Joint pains in knees and ankle since 4 years  HISTORY Of PRESENT ILLNESS  Severe joint pains in shoulders , elbow joints,fingers,knee joints. Patient with severe joint pains visited hospital and after examination and after performing various tests , she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis.
