40 year old female with joint pains since 4 months









 CHIEF COMPLAINT 

A 42 year old female came with chief complaint of severe joint pains since 4 months 

HISTORY Of PAST ILLNESS 

Joint pains in knees and ankle since 4 years 


HISTORY Of PRESENT ILLNESS 

Severe joint pains in shoulders , elbow joints,fingers,knee joints.

Patient with severe joint pains visited hospital and after examination and after performing various tests , she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis.

She discontinued medication 

She started taking homeopathy


GENERAL EXAMINATION

Joints : no swelling 

FAMILY HISTORY

Significant

DIAGNOSIS : RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS
